Pregnancy massage refers to a massage undertaken during pregnancy or after birth. It is also known as a prenatal or postnatal massage. A pregnancy massage can make the journey to motherhood all the more comfortable while at the same time soothing aches and pains that come with being pregnant.
Prenatal:
Many women experience anxiety, tension and fatigue and this is can often an emotional time for them.
