Booking payment and cancellations policy



 We kindly ask you to pay the full amount of your treatment once your booking is confirmed. Please be aware at least 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment for a later date. Failure to do so will unfortunately result in you losing your booking payment. 


Covid-19 Policy


Our priority is to keep both clients and therapists as safe as possible at all times. In order to achieve this we have taken measures inline with the Coronavirus Act of 25th March 2020.  If you have COVID-19 symptoms or test positive we will reschedule your appointment for a later date. If your symptoms persist for 4 weeks or more and you no longer need to reschedule we will refund your money.
